* Did you now cook your meat in some butter or oil?
* Check your ham for sugar content - there could be some there.

I did use oil to cook with! Completely forgot.
I did check the ham for sugar. It is listed in the ingredients, however I have chosen to turn a blind eye. Thanks for the heads up though!
