    Heres what I had today: I'm on induction

    1meal: large fried egg 0.4carb
    2meal: Edam cheese 2oz 0.6carb
    3meal: Cauliflower 1 cup 7.2carb with minced meat cooked with green peppers and onions 1cup 3.1carb some mayo on top 2 tbsp 2.2carb
    4meal: Lettuce 1cup 1.6carbs + tomato 1 medium 4.8 + tuna canned 0.5 cup 0.0carbs and caesar dressing 2 tbsp 0.9carb

    Total: 20.40carb ye I know a bit over the limit

    Also I would drink at least 2 litres of water a day not counting few cups of green tea during the day.

    But the thing is I also take 1tbsp of wheat bran every morning to ease constipation (as I had problems before)

    So if I would count wheat then total carb would be: 27.70, so I don't know should I limit veggie intake?

    Any advise appreciated

    Are you counting net carbs?
    Since you have been on this since October why not just move to rung one and you would be allowed to eat more veggies. I think as long as you are losing it is all good.

      I agree with Liv, once you deduct the fibre carbs you will probably be below 20 net carbs anyway.

      Edited to add:
      I logged the veggies and mayo etc on my fitday account and it worked out as being 27 total carbs less 8 fibre = 19 net carbs
      Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?

        Thanks for your replies,

        I log my foods into fitday and without fiber it will be around 19carbs a day. But I do loose weight actually, so I guess I'm doing ok
