  • Please tell me

    I have done atkins before and lost weight but I am so worried that I will be fat for the rest of my life! I just want some reassurance that I am doing this right!


    Yesterday
    Breakfast Bacon and tomato sandwich no bread I just put mustard and pepper on two thick tomato slices and put the bacon between them.

    Lunch taco salad with picante sauce and a table spoon of sourcream

    Supper fajitas with bell pepper and onion and a table spoon of sour cream and a side salad with ranch

    Snacks was a deviled egg and a few olives

    Today
    Breakfast three pieces of sausage and two eggs

    Lunch will be a cheeseburger with everything plus extra pickles no bun

    Supper will be a chef salad no croutons and a steak and some crab meat

    I've been drinking NOTHING but water and about 90 oz. of it


    So anyhow thats just a sample of what i eat so please tell me what you think!

    It is looking good to me. Way to go.
    Are you making those dishes yourself. I think in some variations there may be sugars in fajitas and taco salads. But if you control the ingredients that is good.
    Have you tried fitday for a tool to sort of keep an eye on your own diet. I like it.

      I think it looks great, too.
      My "caution" is the tomatoes and picante sauce (both in one day)... should be used sparingly on induction because of their higher glucose content. I have them, but in controlled moderation.

        I love your tomato 'sandwich' idea

        I sometimes use large flat mushrooms as 'bread' or 'buns' if I have run out of 'Revolution Bread' (the Rev roll recipe made in a flat baking tin and sliced into 6 slices)
