    So
here is what I have had the past two days.. Any advice or thoughts would be appreciated

    Yesterday

Breakfast: 2 eggs with a bit of cheese and half a teaspoon of salsa and 2 sausage pieces cut in it

    snack: Pepperoni and cheese baked

Lunch: One boiled egg half teaspoon mayo (no carbs) split on each half of egg with a tiny pinch of cheese on each side

    Snack: 1 serving little sausages

Dinner: Salad with 1 pork chop cut up, green vinegarette dressing cheese, a few slices cucumber and baby tomatoes

snack pickles x4 with a dip of mayo (no carbs)

    Today

Breakfast: two pcs bacon one boiled egg with 1/2 tsp mayo split on each half egg and a pinch of cheese on each side of egg

    Snack: none

Lunch: Side salad from mcdonalds and two thin burger patties two slices of cheese on burger with a greek vinegarette and two bacon slices in pieces on on it.

snack: just had 4 pcs of pepperoni

    Re: Yesterday and today

Are you getting your 3 cups of vegetables in?
I am not sure how much carbs and sugar your pepperoni and sausgages have. Did you check the label?
MacDonald's salad dressings are usually very carby - did the dressing have a label. The MacDonalds "plastic" cheese has probably 2 carb each.

Ketchup has too many carbs (unless it is special ketchup)
But you are doing pretty well. Are you using fitday?

        Re: Yesterday and today

Well the list of veggies at Atkins is long so I do what I feel like. I think it is good to eat the veggies as a salad (with some dressing or oil) or sauteed with butter or oil to get the fat with the carbs. Yesterday I had some sauteed veggies (there are my favourites). Today I had Caesar salad and creamed mushrooms. Another of my favourites is pumkin (canned) mixed with cream cheese, splenda, cinnamon and nutmeg and heated up. A real treat.
Great job on avoiding ketchup and carby salad dressings.

                Today
Breakfast:I made a good one.. but my kids took it.. all of it.. So I had a leftover half of a small pork chop.

Snack: pork rinds and sour cream and onion dip

Lunch: A can of tuna mix w/ 1 egg and a spritz of cheese cooked in a pan... And baked zucchini

Snack: I am so full I will not be having one.

Dinner: I have some leftover baked zucchini and pickle sticks that were baked... I will have those I think.

                Snack: none.

                Today! So far so good!!

                  Re: Yesterday and today

I was thinking about Liv's pumpkin idea, but 1/2 cup (including pumpkin, cream cheese, and spenda) would be about 11 carbs...a little to rich for induction. I am going to try it during the veggie rung!! It sounded so scrumptious!!

                      Re: Yesterday and today

lots of good beta carotene in Pumpkin. I make it with about 1/4 cup pumpkin and 2 tbs cream cheese so it comes out to about 5 carbs (when fibre is deducted) But yeah pumpkin in carby. Really good for OWL Rung one. You are right transy (loved that poem btw)

Donnam you will some fat protein for supper too? right?
                      And drink that water.
