    how is this for one day? can someone please let me know,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,3 fried eggs,,5 pieces bacon,,2 ounces cheese,1 cup lettuce,,3 pork chops fried in oil,,no bone

    3 cups of veggies! you only have 1.

    Enter your food in Fitday (you'll need to create an account). Make sure you are eating just a little below your BMR (a BMR calculator is here: BMR Calculator ) and that your fat-carbs-protein percentages are close to 65-5-30. I believe your calories are too low now... I might be wrong though.

    So...
    1. Make a Fitday account.
    2. Find your BMR.
    3. Use Fitday to log everything you eat, every day.
    4. Eat enough veggies.

    Also make sure you're drinking enough water (min 64 oz per day, more if you have a lot to lose).

      Just to add this... I'm eating lettuce really often... but I wouldn't say it's tasty. Why not try some tastier and more nutrient-rich veggies? Spinach is better for example. You can melt some butter in a skillet, with chopped garlic... and make some dressing for it. You can also cook it if you don't like it raw. For the veggies on the "other veggies" list, cauliflower topped w/ butter is delicious. Or broccoli, also very good and full of antioxidants.
