First, I must tell you I have been on this plan for 4 days... During which time I have had my TOM and have gone from having 6 pops daily to 1. I will be pop free very soon! But it's been a process!! And I'm in a bit of a fog.
Breakfast:
4 slices of bacon and tossed green salad with cheese and green onions, and water 2 cups
Snack: Water with Emergen-C (2 Cups)
At lunch:
Ground beef with green peppers in it, I actually added it to some chicken broth and made a soup out of it. Water 2 cups
Cheat: 1 can pepsi (eventually I will break free but it is down from 6 cans a day!!)
Snack: Water with Emergen-C 2 cups
Dinner: 4 slices ham, 2 slices of cheese, water 2 cups
And I tried making the recipe I found for flax chips but they didn't cook right!! lol So a couple of bites of flax (flax chips: flax meal and water, make thin paste, nuke for 3 min on oven paper)
