I've tracked everything I ate today in Fitday.

Sadly I didn't have any breakfast today as I was busy packing things away but intend to have 3 meals a day as of tomorrow.
I also made a mistake. For lunch instead of measuring out cups of veg I weighed the spinach & courgettes to 100 & 90 grams. I don't know what I was thinking!
I thought I was allowed 3 cups of veg/salad a day even though I've read the rules of induction a hundred times.
You can eat approximately three loosely packed cups of salad, or two cups of salad plus one cup of other vegetables
Luckily I have not gone over my daily carb allowance so I'll be okay right? When I weighed out 1 cup of spinach for dinner I realised my mistake at lunch and the differences in portions. Have I blown it?
