Here is my fitday link FitDay Free Calorie Counter and Diet Journal: Public Journal

I am not hungry and feel generally good. I am really really missing an ooey gooey chewy treat. I am exercising. I lost 5 pounds last week. This is my first clean induction week. Check out "Fit by Fourty" journal for my reason. This is the second day this has hit me. I am wondering if I am missing something.

    TIA

I'll never even look at jelly,Please take the blub out of my belly.

    Re: Struggling

It is looking pretty good. Congratulations with your losses. There are some small things you probably could tweak somewhat.
*You are not getting the majority of your carbs from veggies. So work to include more veggies and more substantial veggies than lettuce. You will need the fibre in them.
*You eat too much cheese some days. Limit is 3-4 oz. Was the revolution rolls made with cheese?
*You are higher on proteins than fat - it should be the other way around. Do you not cook your eggs and meat in oil or butter? Work on eating more fat
*The count you have for the revolution roll has to be wrong. There iare fat and protein in those babies too
*Drink at least 64 oz of water everyday.

        Re: Struggling

In the afternoons and evenings I am having a odd feeling in my stomach. It is not hunger almost like a nawing feeling. I am wondering if my old ulcer is fussing. I have not had indigestion and have not taken my prilosec. I will get back to taking it today to see if it makes a difference. Along with that feeling I find my self trolling for something with a brownie texture. TOM was last week and I didn't have any cravings then. I made the rev roll to try to satisfy my sweet tooth. The flavor was good but the texture was definately lacking. I didn't have access at the time to the recipe analyser so just did a quick carb calc.

Vegies are not my favorite. I will try to add more.

        Thanks,
        Tricia

Perhaps you could try the mock Danish. Now again it will not be the same but it has some texture.

The muffin-in-a-minute has a nice chewy texture to it but you have to be on rung 3, nuts and seeds. So just tell yourself that you won't be deprived for long, in just a few more weeks you can have something nice and chewy.

Yeah, tried the mock danish. It was good but like you said texture is missing. And I have always been fussy about texture.

              Thanks,
