i made myself lunch again early this morning to bring to work. same as yesterday basically but tweaked and added a little. get this:
cut up shrimp, onions and green peppers sauteed lightly in a pan for 10 to 12 minutes....something like that. then, a step further, in that food chopper......chopped up some lettuce and walnuts......mixed all ingredients together....added some mayo and they're ya go.
oh and.....i am into day 5 of cheat free eating
