    i made myself lunch again early this morning to bring to work. same as yesterday basically but tweaked and added a little. get this:

    cut up shrimp, onions and green peppers sauteed lightly in a pan for 10 to 12 minutes....something like that. then, a step further, in that food chopper......chopped up some lettuce and walnuts......mixed all ingredients together....added some mayo and they're ya go.

    oh and.....i am into day 5 of cheat free eating

    Chris glad to see you being enthusiastic about the food part about this too. Just like wit the push ups you'll probably get us all going. That is a great thing.

    Your meal looked cool. Thought you would like to know that walnuts are not allowed to the nut rung though.
