Hello. I was wondering how this menu sounds. I have read the book before, but if I make it too complicated, then I won't do it. I need quick and easy foods. I am trying to create a lifestyle--something that I can live with. My wife says I look thinner (without me asking), but when I measured my waist (today), I didn't lose any inches. I started January 5th. And...what is the easiest way to know I am in ketosis? Strips

or
"french toast" = 2 eggs, 1/4 c heavy whipping cream,
cinnamon, 2 packets splenda, 1 oz crushed pork rinds. +
sugar free syrup.
lunch/dinner: McDonalds/B.King/Hardees side salad with
cesar or blue cheese + double or triple cheese
burger with no ketchup.
snacks: russel stovers sugar free chocolates 1-3 servings a
day.
drink: about 2 liters of water/ day
