FitDay Free Calorie Counter and Diet Journal:*Public Journal

    Hi!
I am on day 9 & I haven't weighed myself in a few days, but I lost 6 pds the first week!
I'm not really hungry in between meals, but that's starting to make me nervous, am I eating too much?
I think I might be overdoing the cheese... not sure. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
I had 2 oopsie rolls so I added 1 egg & Iounce of cream cheese I think that's right...

    Great on losing first week.
I was going to say that you are eating too little. Definitely not too much. If you are not hungry that is fine, just do not starve yourself. Eat your regular meals. The menu looked just fine to me.

Your 19 carbs is really 14 carbs and that's about right for induction. I don't understand why it saids 7% carbs it should be closer to 5% but no big deal.
Lettuce have very little going for it vitamin wise, especially if its iceberg. We need to get all the bang for our buck as we can so the darker the leaf, the more vitamins. Which is only a little hint. Your menu looks great
