hi everyone, i wanted to see if there was anyone who had a little time to see if i am doing fitday correctly,,, can you tell me how many carbs and calories would be in this? 5 tyson frozen boneless chicken breasts,, fried in butter,,2 cups lettuce,,4 oz. mozarella cheese?

You can make fitday public and post a link for easy check up.
I don't know what the serving seize is for the chicken breast you have to check the label to find out what the calories were. The carbs would come from the lettuce and the cheese. 2 cups of lettuce has 2 net carbs and 4 oz of mozza have 4.3 carbs so that would be 6.3 carbs all together.

I would say that if you are having only 2 net carbs from lettuce plus 4 net carbs from cheese you were not following this rule in DANDRas you are having more non-veg carbs than veg ones.3. Eat no more than 20 grams a day of carbohydrate, most of which must come in the form of salad greens and other vegetables.
