Are you in induction or in OWL?

I plan on just staying in induction as long as I can

I disagree with staying on induction "as long as you can". The purpose of induction is to turn your body from burning sugar for energy to burning stored fat. The only people who should stay longer in induction are those who are metabolically resistant (see table on page 158 of DANDR to determine your degree of metabolic resistance) or have a lot to lose. So, while you may choose to stay on induction for more than two weeks, you should not stay there "as long as you can". Moreover, keep in mind that a long induction does not guarantee a higher weight loss rate. Here's a sticky about this:

        Going back to your menu...
Peanuts are not allowed on induction. In fact, despite the general belief, they are not even nuts, but legumes... so you'll have to wait until the legumes rung to have them.

You can't eat only broccoli. During induction, you should be eating 3 cups of veggies a day (I'm replying to your other post about measuring with cups ) -- 2 cups from the salad veggies list and 1 cup from the "other veggies" list OR 3 cups from the salad veggies list. The list of foods allowed on induction, including vegetables, is here:

Also, keep in mind that most of your carbs should come from veggies (i.e. over 50%) and, at the end of the day, your fat-carbs-protein percentages should be around 65-5-30.

I'm not sure if you have the book. If you do, I would strongly advise you to read it. Otherwise, go buy it. You really need the book if you want to do Atkins correctly *and* if you want to understand why/how this way of eating works for those wanting to lose weight.

If you don't have the book yet, here are some other important links:

Okay... I'll move to your other post now.

Georgiana is right again. Peanuts are not allowed on induction. Cut them out. Peanut butter...do you know something I don't?? Man, I wish. No peanut butter. Close relative of peanuts... The FOUR sausages make me worry too! Have you read the ingredients list? There is usually sugar in most sausage and that can inhibit weight loss. I think it's GREAT though that you are only drinking water and nothing else. Keep that up! Why broccoli twice per day and no salad veggies at all? At dinner, with your steak, make a salad to go along with it. I love sliced cucumber and ranch dressing as a snack sometimes. The ranch flavor can actually satisfy a sweet craving now and then. You've got to reread the book. Do you have it?

Taking food a bit for seriously and thinking about nutrition maybe another thing you could do for yourself to ensure good health in the long run. So this could be a start to think about why it is important to eat vegetables - different kinds of them, take your supplements do some exercise.
So I also thought your menu looked pretty good except the peanuts are not allowed yet and you need to buy a couple of different vegetables. Broccoli is very healthy but variation is a key to stay healthy a long time. I really suggest peppers.
If you need something to go with your celery - try cream cheese for now.
Don't forget to use butter or oil with your cooking.
But I thought pretty good job so far. Looks like you will do it.
