  • Is this OK? ONE DAY INDUCTION

    Morning
2 fried eggs, vegetable salad, a bit of mayo (not low fat though but I didn't put a lot), those cheese things in that round box (I think theres like eight in 'em), a bunch of olives and green peas
    2 glasses of water

    Afternoon
1 hard boiled egg and a handful of olives
    2 glasses of water

    Evening
Tomato soup with two pieces of meat
    2 glasses of water

I've also been eating a handful of peppered peanuts thats stashed in my bag. Is this meal OK?

I kinda work and school and I hardly get anytime to cook!!!

Well, hate to tell you this, but while your on the right track, .. your going off in the wrong direction.
Morning, I don't know what those cheese things in the round box are so I can't comment. Check the label for carb count and ingredients and see if they are legal.
Mayo was fine, we don't ever use the low fat kind. Peas are a legume which isn't on the acceptable list.
A good breakfast would be, 2 fried eggs, bacon or ham, 1 cup of veggie salad and a slice of cheese, 1 oz.
Lunch is fine but not enough food. 1 hard boiled egg and no more than 2o olives is fine but your should add a tuna salad, or taco salad.
Dinner, Tomato soup from a can
    Look at the label!!
the ingredients from the back of the container.: tomato puree (water, tomato paste), water, wheat, flour, high fructose corn syrup, contains less than 2% of the following : salt, ascorbic acid (added to help retain color), flavoring, citric acid
We don't ever do wheat flour or high fructose corn syrup. You could make your own and it would be fine but not the canned. Two pieces of meat is fine.
Peanuts, also a legume is not allowed the first two weeks either.

Check out the Acceptable Food list in your book or here in the FAQ section. You'll figure it out.

      Ahhhhhhh...thanks!!!

Too bad I've been eating a whole bunch of peanuts this afternoon!!! I think all those are not allowed in induction...LOL!!!

The cheese is the processed type...forgotten to look at the label again!...it doesn't state carbs but is very high in protein and fat...
