Hi,
I'm four weeks past induction, and plodding along happily. Still much more energetic and although the weight loss is slowing, I am noticing tight clothes becoming much looser.
I've added some yoghurt and blueberries into my diet just to get me out of the egg and bacon breakfast boredom, and so I was just hoping someone could just give me a quick menu check:
breakfast: small scoop of yoghurt, around 10 blueberries, 4 blackberries
snack: a handful of peanuts or some cheese
lunch: large salad with prawns/chicken
snack: tin of tuna was some mayo
dinner: meat or fish with bowl of veg or salad
I'm worried that the nuts might be a bad idea, and that I might be having too much cheese, but I'm lasting great on the diet at the moment, and the intro of yoghurt has really made me begin to enjoy breakfast again.
I'm currently 220lbs from a start weight of 238.
