HI Everyone, I am hoping someone can help me in a different way. I do not have a ton of weight to lose, but 25 pounds is a lot to me. I am on day (ending) 11 with no weight or inch loss at all. A few people have looked at my menus but I was hoping someone that has lost weight on induction could share their menu with me, so I could learn from a real person-Not a book or "standard" menu format created by an excel spread sheet. I am very frustrated and feel alright that I have seen no loss, but at the same time, I need to figure out what I might be doing wrong... I am going to have to continue induction to learn the right way to do this-I really thought I was being true to the book 2002 edition, but maybe I am missing something. 1800 calories could be just too many calories?
