Hey Everyone I have been in induction for about 2 weeks now. Need input on my menu.
Breakfast
3 scrambled eggs used 1 tablespoon butter
lunch
tuna salad ..used 1 and a half tablespoon mayo and 8 slices of mushroom
Dinner
2 pieces of steak
9 brocolli flowret
16 slices of cumcumber
3 slices of avocado

Not quite sure how your veggies translate into the "3 cups a day" rule, but if they are within that then I'd only suggest you transfer some of your dinner veggies to breakfast time. The more you spread them throughout the day, the better.
