Hi Could you please take a look at my menu. I have finished my 3rd week of induction tomorrow. I lost 3lb the first week nothing the second and am hoping to lose another 2-3lb tomorrow. I have started exercising this week and bike 13 miles 3 times a week to and back from work, so am hoping to get a result this week. Am I consuming to many calories??
