    Can you make your fitday journal public and post the link - it makes it easier to understand.

    If you look at the pie chart, you should be aiming for 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% carbs or there abouts...

      tbrown, I'd love to help you with the menu, but I can't make sense of it the way you posted. I don't know which numbers are quantities or what those quantities are expressed in (grams, cups, ounces, etc.)

        TBrown, better off posting just what you ate and how much. Most of us are pretty familiar with the rough counts on the foods.
