    Breakfast:

    -2 eggs (Boiled- Even tho i have a sensitivity to them i can always seem to eat them this way)
    -Bacon (3 strips)
    - Linda Sues Diner "potatoes"

    Lunch

    - Chicken Caesar Salad (Linda Sues)

    Snack

    - 3 pcs of celery with a spread of cream cheese on each

    Dinner

    - Alice Springs Chicken (Linda sue)
    - Salad Or 2 cups green beans

    Snack

    - No- Bake jello Cheesecake


    I counted 20 carbs , Is this menu ok?
    I'll be 23 next month.
    I have a wonderful/supportive bf and a daughter who is a year and a half old.
    If I cant lose the weight for myself, I'll do it for her!

    It looks pretty good.
    Remember that 2 cups of veggies should come from the salad list. Cauliflower and green beans are both on the other list.
    Is the no bake jello cheese cake something you made yourself?
    And remember water, plenty of water.
    And your supplements.

      I havent started yet, im starting tomorrow. Im worried about the whole "flu" since i have a 4 month old who doesnt sleep through the night and its hard to get up with her with very little energy during the first few days.

        Would u recommend that i have a salad instead of green beans at diner then? I just want to make sure i do this right.

          It's great that you are planning ahead. The best thing we can do for ourselves is to plan our food ahead of time. Then we don't get in a pinch.

          Yes, if you have cauliflower with breakfast you should have salad instead of green beans for dinner.

          Add other salad veggies to your salad - cucumber, peppers, mushrooms, celery, etc.

          During Induction you can have three cups of "salad veggies" or two cups of "salad veggies" plus one cup of "other veggies". Re-check the list of veggies here.

            The best think to do is to measure your veggies and make sure you eat 3 cups but not more than 1 cup from the other veggie list. You have the book yet.
            So yes if you eat about 1 cup of cauliflower in the morning you need to eat the rest of the veggies from the other list. But it does not have to be a salad if you do want to. I often sautee my veggies.
            If you really cannot stand eggs you do not have to have them. You can eat some meat or fish instead.
            It may sound complicated in the beginning but you will get a hang of it.
            Hopefully induction flue will not be too hard.
