Hi! I am new and am starting Induction tomorrow. I am 181 lbs and 5'3" tall. I have read the book and alot on the forum - Since I need to plan out the week so that I am not tempted to cheat I need a review of my induction menu -- I got the recipes from the Atkins Website - let me know if I need to post the recipes too.
