    well my weight has been up and down. Driving me up the wall i swear. It went from 137 to 133 to 138 to 133. I feel alot lighter but im trying to get my weight under control. Is your true weight in the morning? I tryed some different food which was nice. The MOCK danish on someones page SOO good, some of those cheese cracker you make in the microwave really does taste like cheesenips and parasean crusted chicken with my flare or crushed red pepper, and cajin spice was EXCELLENT. boyfriend said he liked it better then zaxbys and thats a big deal lol. havent went over my cheese allowence. EVEN THOUGH I WANTED TO WITH THAT MOCK DANISH> what about the cinnamin and vinilla do i add carbs with them. I have been taking that coconut oil in my eggs and with my chicken. So about 2 spoonfuls a day. Anyone else tryed that?

    My meal today....

    Breakfast: 3 peice of bacon, omlete with cheese, sasuage

    Lunch: grill chicken salad with ranch. not many Mushrooms, half a red bell pepper, half a green bell pepper i love peppers, sprinkle of cheese not much

    LOTS OF WATER.

    eating steak tonight probley with broccolli or asparagas or a salad. i have to add up my vegies and see whats going on

    when i get home im eating one of those mock danishes..

    DOES this menu look bad?
