  • OWL- Menu Review

First, a little backstory. I am new to your forum (been a member of the atkins.com forum since I began on Jan 6th). I am hoping to find some additional intelligent advice to get some ideas. I am 26 and have lost only 15 lbs since starting and have never cheated one time. I remain very diligent and cant seem to shake the weight. At the advice of others some time ago, I moved up to OWL (about 8 weeks ago) by increasing my Induction veggies by 5 net carbs, i raised my calories per day and i cut out most "other" carbs (about 4 weeks ago) after a 6 week stall- such as all cheeses, products, cream, flax, salad dressings, caffiene, splenda, etc. i only consume meats (not processed), veggies, eggs, mayo, oil, butter and dry spices. i drink between 85-90 ounces of plain water a day. i do spin classes 2 x's per week and walk 3 x's as well. not only have i not added any additional vegetables in since OWL began but i also have not yet added back in any of the Induction approved "other" carbs i previously mentioned because i still have yet to see weight loss. i have a sneaky suspicion that it might be a particular vegetable or a combination of vegetables that may be causing it. here is a link to my fitday journal- i have all of last weeks entries and mond and today of this week in there- skip the 4th and 5th because i keep a written journal at home during the weekends.

thanks for all the help you can provide- I NEED IT and feel desperate.

    Re: OWL- Menu Review

The Atkins shakes (and Atkins products in general) are the most common "staller" we see on the Board. Many people have an intolerance to them and their weight loss restarts as soon as they ditch the shakes.

    Your menus look good otherwise.

Are you losing inches? Did you test for Candida?
