  • OWL 1 menu for tomorrow review please.

    Hi all
    Can you check my menu for tomorrow please - im on rung 1 OWL introducing lettuce.



    i did post y/day as well as i get easily confused!!! any advice yes please!!

    I am trying to keep my %'s the same as Induction as i read on here that protein should remain 30%, fat around the same 65% and that leaves 5% carbs andim watching my calories - trying to keep under 1400 ( ignore yesterday!!)

    Target : 161 lb

    Minigoal 1 - 195lb / 13 stone 13lb-back in the 13's!

    Could not access your fitday - you probably have not made it public.

    But just wanted to say that as you increase carbs on OWL - the amount of fat will go down some. So after a while you may be eating 60-30-10

      Hi, sorry I couldn't access your fitday either. I think it needs to be made public.
      Lettuce is really a Induction veggie as you can eat a head of it before getting 5 grams, (well maybe thats an exaggeration) I see Rung 1 as adding new veggies to your diet.
