This is my second time with the Atkins diet. I initally lost 50 pounds. Going from 220 to 170. I recently gained 16pounds. Got off track! I started a gain last Saturday. I've lost 2 pounds since then. My question is can you dring sugar and carb free vanilla lattie from starbucks??? If not that must have been the reason why I gained the 2 pounds that I lost. Please somebody respond.
