    Hi, there.

    I don't have much weight to lose, so I want to do this right the first time! I know it may go slower than for others already - and I want to make it as easy on myself as possible. I've tried to follow the rules.

    Here's my menu for Day 1. I will probably eat very similar the rest of the days, just switching up the protein types between beef, chicken, and fish.

    Calories listed first, then Net Carbs

    I thought that looked good.
    I am not sure but just keep an eye on the cheese quota

    Eggs and cheese have carbs - so you should count those
    There are carbs in your roast beef? From what?

      I didn't see a carb count for eggs on the allowed food list I have, but I'll research it.

      The roast beef is purchased sliced, the package said <1 so I just counted it as 1 to be safe.

        So did the roast beef come with an ingredient list. You want to know what you are eating
