  • Just making sure I'm still on track

    Today is day 15. I am going to do extended induction. I haven't had much progress but I have some medical things going on so I'm pretty sure that's it. Anyway, here's today:

    - omelette (2.5 eggs, 1 oz cheese), 2 slices bacon
    - chicken salad (canned chicken ~120 cals w/mayo) on celery
    - 3 1/2 chicken wings
    - chicken breast over bed of lettuce, cucumbers, ranch dressing
    - pumpkin bread (1 egg, 1 oz cream cheese, 3 T pumpkin) with butter

    I've eaten the first 3, the 4th is dinner plans. Last is late night snack to take with my meds. I'm hungry right now so I'll eat a snack when I get home from work which will probably be chicken thighs or hard boiled eggs.

    Sound ok?

    Extremely limited rung 9 when I get there. Maybe once a week.

    Looks fine to me, Bree as long as you are sticking to the limits of veg and cheese!

    F/60 yrs/5ft 5.5" (Though due to collapsing vertebrae I am now only 5'3" - but I refuse to recalculate my BMI )
