  • Day 1 - Have I done it right?

    Hi Guys,

    It is Day 1 of my atkins plan today but I feel like I am not doing something right. Can anyone advise me?

    I have had:

    BREAKFAST:
    Scrambled egg made with 2 eggs, a slice of ham and a sprinkle of cheese.

    LUNCH:
    Chicken caesar salad.

    DINNER:
    Chicken breast stuffed with parma ham and mozarella.
    Sauteed mushrooms in garlic butter
    salad


    Am I on the right lines?

      sounds good, just keep track of your cheese intake. it tends to sneak up when you aren't looking!
