    This is a typical day menu...I have been re-reading my atkins book ( I have DANDR and '72 Atkins book) and following to a T...also did the fat fast for one day but couldn't bare it another

    B-Scrambled eggs with less than 1 ounce cheese, bacon, decaf coffee with hwc and splenda
    L-chicken salad with hellmans mayo, spices, 1 cup lettuce with mayo dressing
    D-Baked chicken, 2 cups lettuce mixed with green peppers, cucumbers and mayo dressing, water
    S- deviled eggs-mayo & mustard

    Daily:
    1 multivitamin
    1 chromimum picolinate twice a day
    Ribose 3 times a day

    Hi Lori,
    I found you. Okay, first, what day are you on for Induction? Do you use fitday to track your food intake? www.fitday.com It's a great way to track your ratios for Induction. They should be 65% fat, 30% protein and 5% net carbs. Also, if you're taking in too little calories, your metabolism will go into starvation mode and hold onto the pounds.
    Get back with us on the questions and then we'll go over your menu. It looks good just maybe not enough calories.
