This is a typical day menu...I have been re-reading my atkins book ( I have DANDR and '72 Atkins book) and following to a T...also did the fat fast for one day but couldn't bare it another 
B-Scrambled eggs with less than 1 ounce cheese, bacon, decaf coffee with hwc and splenda
L-chicken salad with hellmans mayo, spices, 1 cup lettuce with mayo dressing
D-Baked chicken, 2 cups lettuce mixed with green peppers, cucumbers and mayo dressing, water
S- deviled eggs-mayo & mustard
Daily:
1 multivitamin
1 chromimum picolinate twice a day
Ribose 3 times a day
