I am yet searching for the book here in Italy, its pretty hard to find it in the english language..anyway with all the confusion , this is what I had and will have for today. ( The one I planned y'day had to be cancelled )
Breakfast
2 eggs
30gr onion
1/2 green chilli
1 chicken&turkey sausage
sauteed with 1tbsp of butter
salt & pepper
Lunch
Cucumber 104gr
Lettuce 25gr
Tomatoe 120gr
Mayonnaise 1tsp
Apple Cider Vingear 1 tsp
Olive oil 1 tsp
Chicken breast(150gr) sauteed with 1tbsp butter
salt and pepper
Dinner
Flounder with 1tbsp butter
Mozzarella 120grm
Mushrooms 95gr
Olive oil 1 tbsp
salt and pepper
Is the above ok..I am always confused with the 2-3cups veggies and 1cup veggies..
Also, please adivse how many tablespoons of Mayonnaise I could have a day. I read somewhere 1tbsp a day..is it that way??

glad to know about the Mayo..By the way is it ok to have "Rucola" ( ITS KIND OF A SALD LEAF ) I searched the dictionary and it says "Rocket" in english.
