You are on the right track for sure. I thought it looked pretty good actually. I like the fact that you are staying away from sweeteners and that you are adding in oils.

Keep a tap on the veggies and try to make it three cups a day. Two cups from the salad list and 1 cup from the other list.

The second day was a little bit "iffy" as there were probably some sweetened pepperoni on the pizza and lots of salt in your menu. Watch for sugars in bacon and sausage. It was still a pretty good day Atkins wise I think.

Chicken is your protein of choice. You are going to add others right? Or it will be a bit boring.
Do you do fitday? It is a great tool (FitDay - Free Weight Loss and Diet Journal)

        Thanks guys...

Yes I do agree my second day was definitely Iffy with a bit more of processed meat as required.

Agree with the chicken but I bought bulk pack so I thought rather than freezing them for ages, I might as well finish it !! Next week is definitely no chicken!!

I will keep in mind to either cut down my processed meats ...

        FIT DAY here I come.......

        Again thank youuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu
