My husband and I are Costco members and I really enjoy their avocadoes.
I am starting induction today. I see that I'm allowed 1/2 of an avocado according to the book and would like to dress my hamburger patty with a half avocado and some mayo. Costco's avocadoes are darker and much, much larger than the ones I buy at the regular grocery store. Should I be eating less than a half if they're unusually big?
