the foods and the ratio look good. your carb sources look good too but your toital calories looks a bit low. Are you feeling okay and do you have enough energy?by the book atkinseer

Lauren, I agree with 2Big. Your ratios are looking good but your calories are a little low today.
You don't have that much to lose so it's going to come off slower than someone who has more to lose. I can offer a recommendation though that might help.
Even though we are allowed 3 oz. cheese/day, some of us (me included) cannot have that much because it slows or stalls us. I might have 3 oz in a whole week.
Cream cheese also seems to be a brick wall for me. I can't have much, if any, or the scales start moving in the "wrong" direction. I try to get my calories from proteins, like chicken, fish, etc. Try cutting down on your cheese, or cut the cheese out for a few days and see if something happens. :yes
