I have been working out 5 times per week for the past 2 months and although i have lost 25 inches, i have only lost 10 lbs. Someone suggested it may be my menu - would someone please take a look? Thanks. I just started the berry rung and have had strawberries and cream the last 2 days.
I usually eat 2 eggs for breakfast - sometimes I add some red pepper or ham, and 1 -2 cups decaf with cream - occasionally I eat a flax muffin with butter, splenda and cinnamon
lunch is some protein - usually leftovers or canned salmon in a salad (romaine, peppers, tomatoes, cuke, olives, feta) with low carb dressing
dinner - protein (steak/ salmon/chicken thighs, breasts or wings) and/or ceasar salad and veggies (broccoli, green beans, peppers, mushrooms, celery...) I eat almost all veggies raw
snacks will be either a boiled egg, cheese, deli meat or celery with sugar free peanut butter
I drink way more than 8 glasses water
I pretty much eat this every day but I have been eating pumpkin and cream cheese the last few days as a treat (not on the days I had strawberries) - I also sometimes (once or twice a week) eat a popsicle made from crystal light
I became bored with fitday, so am not sure of my carb count but this is pretty much the menu I ate when I was losing last time - maybe I should go back to fitday to be sure
