the foods with no grams of net carbs im unsure what they r if anyone knows? thanks xx
Day Two - Mon
Breakfast
Linda’s recipe – ham and cheese quiche (2g net carbs)
Lunch
1 cup of salad – lettuce, mushrooms, cucumber (3.5 net carbs)
2 0z cheese (5.6g net carbs)
1 chicken breast
=9.1g
Dinner
2 pieces of bacon (0 net carbs)
Mini avocado
2 tablespoons sour cream (0.8 net carbs)
8oz Green beans
Fried egg (0.6 net carbs)
Snacks
3 tablespoons double cream
