Here is my menu from yesterday ...could you please review it and tell me if I've got it right ?
Breakfast
2 Eggs (small) boiled
I tablespoon mayonnaise
10 drops of tabasco
A cup of black coffee without sugar
Lunch
1 fillet of cod (125gms)
baked with
1 tbsps of olive oil,
1tbsp of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
100 gms cauliflower (steamed)
1 oz of blue cheese (gorgonzola)
1 tbsp of heavy cream
Dinner
125 gms of cooked chicken
baked with
1 tbsps of olive oil,
1tbsp of lemon juice
1 clove of garlic
3 slices of bacon (pancetta)
2 cups of lettuce
1 oz cream cheese
1 tbsp heavy cream
I also drank about 2.5 lts of water (about 10 glasses). On fitday my net carbs (without substracting fiber) are 15.5
I am used to dieting on low fat diets and honestly am having a little difficulty changing my mindset. I dont know if the fat I have incorporated into this diet is too much ?? Please Help

Can you give me some idea on how I could organize this ? If I have to eat meat I will but prefer poultry, eggs and fish. Also perhaps I should up my fish/chicken portions and my vegetable portion and cut out the seasonings?
