Hi,
i have lost 9 kg after one month of inductions but today morning i gained back 1 kg.i know atkins is all about faith n patience but this gain nearly killed me.I am posting my menu down for review.
Really grateful if sumone could check it.
Breakfast: ( same every day)
two eggs fried or omelet ( with 1 tbsp of sherded mozrella ) fried in 20 gm of butter
Snake: ( same every day)
1 cucumber n 1 small meat kabab
Lunch and dinner:
Option A:
3 to four medium sized chicken drum sticks fried
Option B :
5 medium sized mutton kebabs fried
Option C :
Chicken or mutton dry curry made in butter ( 20 gms) ( about 1.5 cups)
Salad:
1.5 cup of mix vegetable salad ( made with one cucumber,1 tomato( without seeds),half cup of cabbage,1 cup of lettuce and 1 medium size green bell pepper)
Note: i sum times add two tbsp of mayo to make the salad creamy and sum time add a around a tsp of lemon juice n one fourth tsp of salt for seasoning.
Water:
drinking 3 liters of water daily.
This is wat i ate for the past one month..Lost weight but now the same menu but i gained 1 kg..wat i am doing wrong?
I know u cant eat dairy products during induction but can i use yogurt to merinate the meat/chicken to be fried or grilled later.Also since i am from pakistan alot of our dry meat dishes r yoghurt based ( around 200gms) .. along wid other spices.can i use it or shud i completely avoid it.
