Here's a example of my typical menu:
Breakfast -
Two large scrambled eggs
4 slices of turkey bacon
Snack-
2 string cheeses
Lunch-
Salmon and 3 cups of frozen broccoli
Snack-
2 string cheeses
Snack -
1/2 cup cottage cheese
Dinner-
2 chicken breasts with skin taken off and 2 cups of frozen broccoli
Dessert -
Sugar free jello
Plus 70-80 oz of water

It's beans like kidney beans, cannellini, garbanzos that are not allowed til later. Go get your green beans, girl.
