I'm in ketosis and *so* not hungry.
For breakfast
2 eggs (fried in almond oil, salt, pepper)
I've been sipping my icewater/tea all morning.
I make a cup of black tea from 1 teabag and then pour it in my gallon jug so it's watered down. Does that count as "pure water" ??
Picked at my salad for lunch...
Out of it I ate (appromixately):
1 boiled egg,
1/2 cup chicken (leftever chicken, coated with egg and flax seed meal, and sauted in almond oil)
1/3 of an avacado
few bites of bok choy, lettuce, alfalfa sprouts.
Dressing: 1T tomato blended up with some olive oil and spices.
Is that enough lunch? I was starving at 11:30, but when I got my salad out I about gagged. I managed to mostly eat the protein out of it and tried to get a bit of veggie with each bite.
This is my day 8 and I have lost 13lbs. I don't want to not eat enough and mess things up.
I haven't had dinner yet, but last night's was cauliflower crust pizza:
ingredients were:
cauliflower
2 eggs
hamburger
white onion
mozzerella
flax seed meal
tomato
almond oil
came out to 5 carbs per slice, and I could barely eat one slice.
Haven't been snacking at all.
