Ok this is what I've had today
7 small breakfast sausage links
3 Egg whites and One whole Egg (all Scrambled together)
Salad (which included)
1 full Romaine Lettuce
15 black olives cut into pieces
3 Hard boiled eggs
4 oz (yes I measured it) of Sharp chedder Cheese
No dressing
Snack
Pork Rinds (BBQ)
Crystal Light slurpee (sugar free)
Prob for dinner I will have a piece of Steak with a can of Green beans with butter.
Am I doing ok? Should I have less of something? increase something? your input is so helpful thank you so much!
