    Almond Oil

    Is almond oil okay to use? (If this has already been answered please refer me to the right post.)

    Mine lists zero carbs, and I'm wondering if it maybe has less than one so they're not listed.

    Almond oil is okay to use. It should be just oil, so no carbs. This is the nutritional info from FitDay: How many calories are in Almond oil
