  • This any good?

    Im not sure.. I thought it was pretty good but then again, I don't seem too be losing, Im not weighing myself anymore but I am measuring myself with my clothes..
    Could that possibly be because of some eating disorders I had last year?

    I entered my stuff I normally have on fitday
    77% fat.
    21% protein.
    2% carbs.

    Im on extended introduction, I don't eat any dairy.. So basically all I have is meat, eggs, veges and butter. I don't have salt but ocassionally ill have caned tuna which has added salt.
    I do exercise now =] yay for me
    And drinking ALOT XD so much so I properly spend half the day peeing.
    Ready for change

    The percentages from the Duke University Study are not going to be replicated each day. They will change slightly depending on what you eat in both specific foods and quantities.

    It may be more helpful if you post your menu for review or if you wish, you can provide access to fitday for some posters to review and comment on.

    Your carbs for this particular day you measure seem to be on the low side. Are you eating only salads? Are you spreading veggies throughout the day to avoid spikes in sugar?
