You should enter the egg raw in FitDay or something and add butter or oil separately, depending in what you fried it, because the fried egg on that website might be using a different (amount of) oil, for example, than you are. When available, I always use the nutritional info on the label.

Eggs have carbs so count them. A small egg like the one in that nutrition data page you linked to will have around 0.4 carbs. Because it is under 0.5 the database rounds it down to zero.
So if you use larger counting them as one carb would good.

          Re: have lots of questions

I would suggest flax or psyllum husks instead. They are less carby but wheatbran would be OK. You could sprinkle it on something, salad, egg maybe? Drink it in a shake?
If you use flax you can make a flax muffin or a flax "cookie" or flax porridge.

              Re: have lots of questions

im confused, ive read the owl section so many times in the book but am not able to understand a couple of things..
              1. every week ill increase 5g of carbs right? it can be in any form so long as it is on the allowed list? or can i add new items that are in the carb ladder?

2.is the carb ladder is the type of things i add?
say in rung 1- more salad or vege
              rung 2- fresh cheese
              run3 3-seeds and nuts..
              and so on..
so this is how ill be adding my 5 carbs in a week????

3.in the first week, when i add more vegeis, do they have to be on the acceptable food list? or new items can be added? and i can add any vegetable that is on the food list right? i mean, like 5g of tomato or 5g of onion??

bcuz i use a lot of tomato and onion.

right now, its like either i use tomato or onion, but if im allowed 5g, that will be great, ill have both

sory this quesiton itself is confusing, but im confused soo yeah...

4.another question is that- the ladder had 9 steps, so ill be doing owl for 9 weeks?

You can add 5 carbs every week till you stop losing. Or you can add 5 carbs when you are ready to step up to a new food group. the best way to do it is to add 5 carbs before you add a new food.
So on OWL rung one you start eating 25 carbs (if you ate 20 on induction). If that goes well you start to eat 30 carbs (just veggies from the allowed list). If that goes well you eat 25 carbs but now you add 5 carbs of the soft cheeses or yogurt or milk or something. When you have tried out those you start to eat 35 carbs by adding in more veggies. If you are OK with 35 carbs you will go back to 30 but add some nuts or seeds.

2.is the carb ladder is the type of things i add?
say in rung 1- more salad or vege

so this is how ill be adding my 5 carbs in a week????
Yes that is the carb ladder. One new food group every time. But you will try out a new thing one at the time. So if you want to try milk. You do that one week. If you want to try cottage cheese. You do that the next week etc

3.in the first week, when i add more vegeis, do they have to be on the acceptable food list? or new items can be added? and i can add any vegetable that is on the food list right? i mean, like 5g of tomato or 5g of onion??
They have to be from the acceptable food list. But try new things. There are some amazing things there like jicama and pumpkin and spaghetti squash.

4.another question is that- the ladder had 9 steps, so ill be doing owl for 9 weeks?
I spent about 16 months before I got to rung 9. I like to try out new foods. Some would be quicker than that. But 9 weeks would be too quick.
