You should be eating 3 cups of vegetables, with at most 1 cup coming from the "Other Vegetables" list. Below is what you have in your menu. I assumed the veggies were all measured raw, as they should be (that's how you should introduce them in FitDay, and add separately any other ingredients you might use when cooking them).

    Salad vegetables
    1 cup lettuce
    1 oz cucumber ............. 0.27 cups

    Other vegetables
    1 oz broccoli ............... 0.31 cups
    1 oz cauliflower ........... 0.28 cups
    2 oz tomatoes ............. 0.16 cups

You had 1.27 cups of salad veggies and 0.75 cups of "other" veggies. So you need to eat more veggies.

You should also get over half of your net carbs from vegetables. Right now this does not happen. Most of your carbs are coming from salad dressing, eggs and bacon.

Other than that, it looks pretty good.

Oops. I missed something. The dressing you are using is not "legal". In DANDR 2002, Dr. Atkins says (Chapter 11, page 127):
For salad dressing use oil and vinegar (but not balsamic vinegar, which contains sugar) or lemon juice and herbs and spices. Prepared salad dressings without added sugar and no more than two carbs per tablespoon serving are also fine.
The dressing you are using has 2.3 carbs per tablespoon and probably has some form of sugar added.

Thanks Georgiana. I will adjust accordingly.
