    1st day:12.30pm coffee with cream 210g of turkey plus 100g of makeral

    4pm: turkey 210g plus coffee with cream, 3 30g slices of chedder cheese
    5.30 another coffee with cream
    8.45pm ceaser salad without croutons plus small fillet steak with greens
    i know to much coffee but it doesn't affect me! been doing atkins for around 14 days but not sticking to it probadly been having latte cofee and to much cheese thats it!
    so now yesterday and today sticking to everything except the coffee no hunger or cravings is all ok?

    todaY: 12.30pm coffee with cream 210 of turkey plus 100g of makeral
    5.15pm 2 30g slices of cheese 210g of chicken 100g of makeral another coffee with cream- been shopping all day!
    8.30pm 200g piece of swordfish steak plus 5 aspargus stalks
    feel great no food, sweet cravings when i have decaf i tend to overeat and crave foods?

    I see a few problems.

    You're not getting enough veggies. You need 2 cups from the veggie list and 1 cup from the other veggie, or 3 cups from the veggie. You also need to spread them out throughout the day for optimum benefits.

    I would cut down on the coffee, or cut it out altogether. How much cream are you using? You definitely need to UP your water intake. 64 oz is the minimum plus another 8 oz for every 25 lbs to lose.

    If you're still doing induction, go to the induction forum and look at the stickies for a list of what you can and can't have.
