  • Registered to Fit day *I think I realized my problem*

Ok I just registered to FitDay.com and I love it. But I think I'm confused. Maybe that's why I haven't lost since the first week of Induction.

Do I have to count the carbs of Vegetables I eat into my 20net carbs for the day? or is that different?

Because I'm checking my carb intake and It's like 25-30?? with my veggies and eggs HELP ME!!! I want to do this diet right.

You need to count all the carbs you eat. That includes veggies, cheese, eggs etc.. You also need to subract the fiber to come up with the net carbs.

    Carb-fiber=net carb.

Have you read Dr. Atkins' New Diet Revolution~2002 edition? If not get yourself a copy so as to better understand the process.

    Good luck on your journey!

During induction your total net carbs should not exceed 20 and most of those net carbs should come from veggies, not from eggs, cheese, cream, etc.

Good idea to use fitday. It can tell us so much about our patterns.
Deduct the fibre - what is your carb count then (and yes cheese and creams and dressings are probably the culprit not vegetables - veggies are quite safe to eat for the most part. Cheese on the other hand can be a problem)

On OWL we can eat up to 25 net carb on rung one (most of them coming from vegetables)
