Yesterday I registered to fitday.com and someone on here told me that I have to count all carbs including eggs, veggies ect.
So I've realized that I've been doing 27-30 carbs a day that's why I haven't lost!!! UGH How frustrating. I thought this diet was easy. It's harder then Weight Watchers. During induction I did it all wrong!! I guess I have to do induction all over again
this was my menu for the day and I was not as hungry but I freaken still went over in carbs. WHAT CAN I DO TO MAKE THIS RIGHT??
Breakfast
4 Eggs Fried with Olive Oil
5 Bob Evans Sausage links (small) 0 carb 0 sugar
16 oz of water
Lunch
2 oz of Hormel pepperoni (which I took 2g of Carbs) even though it says 0
8 oz of water
Dinner
Broccoli cheese soup
(this was hard for me to figure out)
But I had a bowl of it.
1 whole Broccoli
I used 4 cups for the whole pot (my hubby is a cheesy guy..lol)
1 can of Chicken stock
1.5 pt Heavy Cream (0 Carb 0 sugar) for the whole pot
salt/pepper/a pinch of garlic
so my guess was
I had a half cup of broccoli
a cup of heavy cream
4 oz of cheese
but on fit day it said I've had 25 Carbs for the day.
I swear I could cry
I really want to do this and I don't want to give up.
I'm on my third week. HELP ME

I agree with the other gals: just continue on. Successful dieting should be a learning process of how to eat healthy. Induction can be very simple but often it seems like you are taking the final exam before you took the course...by the time you finish Induction you realize that you had some things wrong.
