Okay so I have been on atkins for a week now (Lost 7lbs!). I just wanted someone to review my menu just to make sure I am on track.
Breakfast
-Hard boiled egg
-2 cups coffee w/ 2 splendas
I usually will eat something else for breakfast but I just wasn't feeling too hungry this morning.
Lunch
2 eggs
1.5 oz cheese
2 sausage
Dinner
Shredded chicken (Made with taco seasoning and chicken broth in the crockpot)
1.5 oz cheese
1 cup brocolli
Snacks
1 egg
celery w/ ranch
and now I am having 3 slices of bacon.
And of course lots of water. Once I finish this 32oz bottle it will be 128oz
