  • Review my menu for tomorrow?

    Breakfast:
    2 Egg Omelette
    3 Mushroom Caps Sliced
    1 Oz. Cheddar Cheese
    1/2 Cup of Fresh Sweet Pork Sausage

    Lunch: Taco Salad
    2 Cups of Romaine Lettuce
    1 Cup Ground Hamburger
    1 Tbsp. Sour Cream
    1 Tbsp. Guacamole
    1 Thin Slice Red Onion/Green Pepper Sauteed in Olive Oil

    Dinner:
    Broccoli Chicken Casserole (Linda's Low Carb Recipe)

    I think it looks good.

    Check the ingredients in sausage, for stuff like HFCS, dextrose, milk protein, rusk, etc. Also check that you are not eating more than 3 cups of veggies and that over half of your net carbs are coming from veggies.

      136 - No longer overweight (yes, I know this is lower than my goal weight)

        i was glad you posted yours as i just pulled up lindas and am going to do the broc/chix casserole...

        i have done the cheesy broc & hamburg, but now i get to intro the chicken one!


        other than that, yeah, looks good with the menu!
