If anyone can view my fitday menus and let me know if I need any changes that would be great. One thing I noticed is that my calories are around 1200 and yet I feel like I'm eating a lot of food and other then today ( craving and very hungry today ) I've been feeling great. No induction flu to report and I'm on day 6. I'm in the purple for the sticks when checked, feel the symptoms of Ketosis. Do I need any tweeking?

I think you are short on veggies...you should be getting 3 cups/day.Julie__________________F/37/5'2"__________________Start April 15, 2009

Make sure you eat veggies and make sure you eat enough. Some days you are down in the 900s on calories. If you are hungry you should eat. If you do not your bloodsugar will not remain stable. Otherwise it is good. You're doing well on adding fat.

Thank you..ya the fat is easy to add
I noticed my calories are very low and I think it may be just the food choices. I'm staying pretty bland. I think I would have more energy if I had more calories in my day...so time to try a few recipes listed that are a bit higher calorie wise.
